Arrival Instructions to the students residences and school site.

Lodging:

Student’s lodging will be provided by the SSIR’08 organizing committee. A limited amount of rooms have been booked at the university.

Lodging in a 13 nights basis: Check In on Sunday June 22th, Check Out on Saturday July 5th (breakfast not included). If you wish to take this option, please indicate so in the Registration Form.

Lodging fees:

 Students: 400 Euros.
 Mexican students flaying from Mexico 350 Euros.
 Non students are invited to reserve a hotel by their own.

A variety of hotels are available in Clermont-Ferrand. Note that SSIR 2008 organizers have not made any arrangement with these hotels (Hotels in Clermont-Ferrand).

Arriving to the students residences:

If you arrive to one of the Paris Airports, you can reach Clermont-Ferrand by train. The travel takes aproximately 3.5 to 5 hours (depending on the train yo take) from the "Gare de Lyon" train station. Please go to the train company web page (SNCF) for details.

Access to Clermont-Ferrand is also possible through Clermont-Ferrand-Auvergne International Airport, located in the North-East of the city.
