Lodging:

Student’s lodging will be provided by the SSIR’2011 organizing committee. A limited amount of rooms have been booked at the university residences "Ouest" and "Berlioz" located on the campus.

Lodging in a 15 nights basis: Check In on Friday July 1st, Check Out on Sunday July 15th (breakfast not included). If you wish to take this option, please indicate so in the Registration Form.

Important:
 In student rooms will be provided sheets but no towels.
 If room is booked: June 20th is the Deadline for registration (and payment)
 If room is NOT booked: June 26th is deadline for registration (and payment)

Lodging fees:

Students: 175 Euros (to pay at arrival). Non students are invited to reserve a hotel by their own.

A variety of hotels are available in Grenoble. Note that SSIR 2011 organizers have not made any arrangement with these hotels (Hotels in Grenoble).

Arriving to the students residences:

The closest airport is Lyon-Saint-Exupéry.
